  • 摘要: 为了研究高温回火工艺对采煤机重载齿轮的显微组织的影响,通过实验方式得到齿轮高温回火后微观组织的体积分数变化情况,并研究了高温回火后残余奥氏体含量随工艺温度和工艺次数的变化规律。结果表明,高温回火次数增加,表层及过渡层残余奥氏体含量下降,且会降低表面碳浓度;高温回火温度增加,晶界析出碳化物,对性能产生不利影响。最终选用650℃回火2次的方法作为渗碳后回火工艺。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the influence of high-temperature tempering process on the microstructure of heavy-duty gears in coal mining machines, the volume fraction changes of the microstructure after high-temperature tempering were obtained through experiments. The variation rule of retained austenite content with process temperature and process times after high-temperature tempering was also studied. The results show that with the increase of high-temperature tempering times, the content of retained austenite in the surface layer and transition layer decreases, and the surface carbon concentration also decreases. With the increase of high-temperature tempering temperature, carbides precipitate at grain boundaries, which has a negative impact on performance. Finally, a method of tempering at 650℃ for 2 times is selected as the tempering process after carburizing.
