Abstract:
The material structure and mechanical properties of A286 alloy after solution heat treatment at 982 ℃ for 1 hour and water cooling+720 ℃ aging heat treatment for 17 hours were studied using a CMT-5000 universal testing machine, energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDS), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and modern X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The results showed that the A286 alloy after heat treatment exhibited excellent mechanical properties, including an average tensile strength of 1026.6 MPa, a yield strength of 745.8 MPa, an elongation after fracture of 37.5%, and a reduction in area of 42%. These performance indicators indicate that A286 alloy can meet the performance requirements of high-end industrial applications after appropriate heat treatment.
