Effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of A286 alloy

  • 摘要: 利用CMT-5000材料万能试验机、能量色散X射线谱仪(EDS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和现代X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究了A286合金经982℃固溶热处理1h,水冷+720℃时效热处理17h后的材料组织以及力学性能。结果表明,经过热处理的A286合金展现出了优异的力学性能,包括平均抗拉强度1026.6 MPa、屈服强度745.8 MPa、断后伸长率37.5%以及断面收缩率42%。这些性能指标表明,A286合金在经过适当的热处理后,能够满足高端工业应用的性能要求。

     

    Abstract: The material structure and mechanical properties of A286 alloy after solution heat treatment at 982 ℃ for 1 hour and water cooling+720 ℃ aging heat treatment for 17 hours were studied using a CMT-5000 universal testing machine, energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDS), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and modern X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The results showed that the A286 alloy after heat treatment exhibited excellent mechanical properties, including an average tensile strength of 1026.6 MPa, a yield strength of 745.8 MPa, an elongation after fracture of 37.5%, and a reduction in area of 42%. These performance indicators indicate that A286 alloy can meet the performance requirements of high-end industrial applications after appropriate heat treatment.
