Abstract: Study the welding process of a 1mm corrugated plate with a head and a 3mm bent beam overlapping structure, and analyzes its structural characteristics and existing welding processes. The current process difficulty is to simultaneously complete arc lap welding and irregular joint lap welding with a head, which can easily cause multiple welding defects and take a long repair time, affecting the actual product quality and production efficiency.Propose reasonable welding process methods through optimization experiments on welding processes, reduce welding defects, improve production efficiency and post weld quality.
