Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the requirements of induction tempering heat treatment of 30CrMnSiNi2A bolts,the induction tempering scheme of bolt thread is proposed, and the distribution of hardness in the annealing zone and heat-affected zone of bolts by different induction heating methods is compared and analyzed. The optimal induction tempering process for 30CrMnSiNi2A steel bolts is determined so that the induction tempering technical indicators of the bolts meet the requirements. Finally, the hardness and metallography of the 30CrMnSiNi2A steel bolt thread were tested by repeated experiments.
