  • 摘要:   本文详细阐述了汽车主减速器轴承的结构特点、主要损坏形式及其失效原因。通过实际失效案例分析,排除了轴承冶金质量和热处理质量的影响因素,利用轴承零件的纵截面金相和硬度检验结果,迅速确定了轴承零件变形和温升的热量来源。最终,通过研究汽车主减速器独特的润滑油路设计,发现油路断开是导致轴承高温粘着磨损失效的主要原因。

    Abstract: Abstract  This article details the structural characteristics of automotive differential bearings, their main failure modes, and potential causes of failure. Through the analysis of actual bearing failure cases, it excludes the influence of metallurgical quality and heat treatment quality, and by using metallographic and hardness inspection results of the bearing parts' longitudinal sections, it quickly identifies the sources of deformation and heat increase in the bearing parts. Ultimately, by examining the unique lubrication circuit design of the automotive differential, it identifies the disconnection of the oil circuit as the primary cause of high-temperature adhesive wear failure of the bearing.
