  • 摘要:        针对挖掘机履带链轨节裂纹掉块等失效情况进行分析后,通过设计优化、改善热处理工艺等手段进行改善。优化设计减少应力集中区域,改善调质工艺提高基体晶粒度,改善踏面硬化工艺,细化马氏体组织。通过以上改善措施加强链轨节的强韧性、抗冲击性等综合性能,链轨节裂纹掉块失效问题得到显著改善。

    Abstract: We analysed the failure issues such as cracks and the block loss in excavator track links. And the improvements were initiated by optimizing the design and enhancing the heat treatment processes to address the issues of the track links. The optimized design aimed to reduce the stress concentration areas, while the improved quenching and tempering process was focused on reducing the matrix grain size. Additionally, the surface hardening process was improved to refine the martensitic structure. These enhancement measures have significantly bolstered the strength, toughness and impact resistance of the links, leading to a marked improvement in the failure issues related to cracks and block loss in the links.
