大溪河特大桥索梁锚固构造焊接工艺研究

Research on welding technology of cable anchorage structure of Daxi River Bridge

  • 摘要: 大溪河特大桥采用钢-混组合梁斜拉桥,其外置式钢锚管锚固系统是斜拉索锚固构造的重大设计创新。作为锚固系统的锚固腹板是重要的传力构件,其四周均采用熔透角焊缝连接。因此,大溪河特大桥索梁锚固构造的焊接生产是本桥钢结构成功制造的关键,从焊接方法、焊接材料、坡口形式、焊前预热、焊接顺序、焊接参数、无损检测要求及焊缝编号规定等角度进行焊接工艺研究与总结,以便为今后索梁锚固构造焊接工艺的优化和焊接装备的智能化改进提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Daxi River Bridge adopts steel-concrete composite beam cable-stayed bridge, whose external steel anchor pipe anchorage system is an important design innovation of the whole steel bridge structure. The anchoring web is an important force transfer member, which is connected around by the welding of full penetration. Therefore, the welding production of cable beam anchorage structure of Daxi River bridge is the key to the successful manufacture of the steel bridge structure. The welding process is summarized from the welding method, the welding consumables,groove form of the joint, welding preheating, welding sequence, specification parameters, nondestructive testing requirements, welding number requirements, so as to provide reference for the optimization of cable beam anchorage structure welding process and the intelligent improvement of welding equipment in the future.
