铜合金与低碳钢异种材质焊接研究

Research on welding of dissimilar materials between copper alloy and low carbon steel

  • 摘要: 将铝青铜粉末堆焊到低碳钢表面,调节不同焊接电流,利用金相、线扫描等方法对堆焊层金属的组织进行分析,并对堆焊层进行腐蚀试验。结果表明:铝青铜堆焊层在焊接电流为100~130A时,结合性良好;铝青铜堆焊层在3.5%NaCl溶液中具有良好的耐蚀性;当焊接电流为90A时,堆焊层金属耐蚀性最好,随着电流增大,耐蚀性逐渐变差。

     

    Abstract: Aluminum bronze powder was surfacing to the surface of low-carbon steel. Different welding current were adjusted. The microstructure of metal was analyzed by metallography and line scanning, and corrosion tests were carried out. The test results show that the aluminum bronze surfacing layer has good bonding property when the current is 100~130A. The aluminum bronze surfacing layer has good corrosion resistance in 3.5%NaCl solution.When the current is 90A, the metal corrosion resistance of the surfacing layer is the best, and the corrosion resistance becomes worse with the increase of the current.
