浅述2×××铝合金锻造工艺及其对材料性能的影响

A brief introduction to the forging process of 2×××aluminum alloy and its influence on material properties

  • 摘要: 简述了2×××系铝合金分类、各种添加元素的作用,以及锻造成形时的变形温度、变形速率、变形程度等工艺参数的选择依据,重点叙述了2×××系铝合金大型锻件原材料选用、锻造和热处理工艺等对微观组织与力学性能的影响,指出了2×××系铝合金的大型复杂锻件成形面临的问题,并提出了具体的建议。

     

    Abstract: Briefly describes the classification of 2××× series aluminum alloys, the roles of various additive elements, and the selection criteria for process parameters such as deformation temperature, deformation rate, and deformation degree during forging. The paper mainly discusses the influence of raw material selection, forging process and heat treatment process of large forgings of 2××× series aluminum alloy on microstructure and mechanical properties. The problems faced in the forming of large and complex forgings of 2××× series aluminum alloys are pointed out, and specific suggestions are put forward.
