大模数内齿式轴承齿部感应淬火研究

Research on induction hardening of tooth of bearing with large modulus internal gear

  • 摘要: 主驱动内齿式轴承为大型盾构掘进机关键零部件。虽然我国大型掘进机95%以上的零部件已实现自主研制,但大型主驱动轴承几乎依赖进口。高承载、高可靠性大型盾构掘进机主驱动轴承的内齿模数较大,对齿部感应淬火的硬度和硬化层深度技术要求更高。通过齿轮感应淬火感应器设计、淬火工艺研究与实际生产验证,取得了良好效果。

     

    Abstract: Main drive internal gear bearing is a key component of large shield boring machine, More than 95% of the parts of the large shield boring machine in China have been independently developed, almost depends on imports.The gear modulus of the main drive bearing with high load bearing, high reliability of the large shield boring machine is larger, for which, the hardness and the depth of the hardening layer of the induction quenching on tooth put forward higher technical requirements. This paper through the design of the induction quenching sensor and the quenching process has been studied and verified by actual production, and good results have been achieved.
