箔冶金法制备的SiC_f/TiAl复合材料微观组织研究

Study on the microstructure of SiCf/TiAl composite materials prepared by foil metallurgy method

  • 摘要: 将钛箔与夹有SiC纤维的铝箔交替叠置,在650℃×5h+1000℃×3h+1320℃×2h的条件下真空热压,制备了SiC_f/TiAl复合材料板材。板材的基体为α2/γ全片层组织,在基体-纤维-基体交界的部分位置有“耳”状孔洞产生。基体和SiC纤维之间发生界面反应,反应产物从纤维到基体依次是SiC|TiC|Ti3SiC2|Ti5Si3|Ti5(Si,Al)3+Ti2AlC|γ|α2/γ团簇;从热力学、动力学和晶体学的角度分析了界面产物Ti5Si3、Ti3SiC2以及TiC的产生机理。

     

    Abstract: SiCf/TiAl composite was prepared by hot pressing alternative Ti foil/Al foil/SiC fiber in vacuum at650℃×5h+1000℃×3h+1320℃×2h.A fully lamellar microstructure in the matrix and reactions at the interface of fiber and matrix are observed.Ear-like holes exist at the matrix/fiber/matrix interface.The interfacial phases from the fiber to the matrix,are SiC|TiC|Ti3SiC2|Ti5Si3|Ti5(Si,Al)3+Ti2AlC|γ|α2/γ colony,accordingly.The phases formation mechanism are explained from views of kinetics,dynamics and crystallography.
