  • 摘要: 2008年,航运业作为世界经济的温度计,首当其冲受到了金融危机的影响,而与航运业密切相关的造船业也蒙上了一层阴影.造船业是我国重点发展的战略性产业,在国民经济发展中具有举足轻重的地位,因此,国务院召开的常务会议,审议并原则通过了"船舶工业调整振兴规划".
