Analysis on forming of geometry shape of elbow with hustling process

  • 摘要: 本文研究了弯头推制工艺对弯头几何形状的影响.通过对坯料、芯棒、温度和推进速度对弯头曲率半径、截面不圆度和壁厚影响的研究,得出结论:D/Dp(弯头截面直径/坯料外径)=1.33~1.40;b/a(芯棒椭圆截面长轴/芯棒椭圆截面短轴)=1.06~1.10;WB36材质加热温度最高点=880~900℃,A335P22材质加热温度最高点=900~920℃;推进速度≤1000δ/2D(δ-弯头壁厚,D-弯头截面直径).
