基于数值模拟的灰铸铁上转盘砂型铸造工艺优化

Optimization of sand casting process for gray iron upper rotary disc castings based on numerical simulation

  • 摘要: 采用三维绘图软件建立灰铸铁上转盘三维模型,结合对上转盘的结构、形状、尺寸及实际应用情况进行分析,初步设计了该灰铸铁件的铸造工艺方案,并采用ProCAST软件进行灰铸铁上转盘铸造工艺数值模拟与分析。基于凝固过程中产生的缩孔与缩松等缺陷的仿真模拟结果,通过添加冒口和优化浇注系统的方法对灰铸铁上转盘铸造工艺进行改进。优化的铸造工艺模拟结果表明,上转盘缩孔缩松缺陷得到有效控制。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, SolidWorks software was used to create the 3D model of gray iron upper rotary disc casting. Based on the analysis of the structure, shape, size and practical application of the upper rotary disc casting,the casting process scheme of the gray iron casting was initially designed, and ProCAST software was used for numerical simulation and analysis. According to the simulation results of defects distribution during casting, the casting process was adjusted by adding risers and optimizing the pouring system. After optimization and simulation,the shrinkage and porosity defects are effectively controlled.
