时速350公里货运动车组隔墙焊接工艺分析

  • 摘要: 时速350公里货运动车头车内隔墙采用全封闭设计,隔墙由U形端角柱型材和2.5mm铝合金型材拼接并与底架、侧墙和车顶焊接成一个整体。因为要在内隔墙上装配精密部件,所以,图纸要求内隔墙焊后总体平面度≤3mm/2m,且组焊时无任何压卡工装固定,因自由收缩变形,平面度控制难度较大。这里,通过焊前使用辅助工装刚性固定,焊中焊接顺序调整,焊后锤击焊缝消除内应力等工艺措施,解决了上述难题。

     

    Abstract: 350 km per hour sports car interior partition USES fully enclosed design,partltion by U side Angle profiles and 25 mmaluminium profles splicing and and the top of the chassis,side walls and welded into a whole. Because o/ the precision components tobe assembled on the intermal partition wall, so the drawings require the overal! flatness ofthe internal partitlon wall after weidings3mm/2m, and the welding without any clamping fxture fixed,due to free shrinkage deformation, flatness control is more difficultHere,the above problems are solved by using auxllary tooling for rigid fxation before welding, adjusting welding sequence duringwelding, hammering welding seam after welding to eliminate internal stress and other technological measures.
