  • 摘要: 通过对一种硅钼球墨铸铁排气歧管铸造工艺的诊断分析及改进,将铸件缩松废品从40%降低到2%,铸件的工艺出品率同时提高5%。描述了解决铸件缩松的过程,以案例事实证实了冒口尺寸、冒口位置、冒口颈参数及化学成分对铸件缩松缺陷有着十分重要的影响,正确设计铸件冒口参数是提高硅钼球墨铸铁排气歧管铸件致密性的重要一环,同时也是影响铸件工艺出品率的重要因素。

     

    Abstract: Through the diagnosis analysis and improvement of the casting process of a silicon-molybdenum ductile iron exhaust manifold(the exhaust pipe), the waste of casting shrinkage and porosity was reduced from 40% to 2%, and the technological yield of casting was also increased by 5%. The author described the process of solving the shrinkage and porosity of casting. It is proved that riser size, riser position, riser neck parameters and chemical composition have a very important impact on shrinkage and porosity defects of castings. The correct design of riser parameters is an important link to improve the density of SIMO ductile iron exhaust pipe castings, and it is also an important factor affecting the casting process yield.
