Gr420E大型铸钢件与F36低合金钢厚板焊接工艺研究

Studying on the welding procedure of heavy casting Gr420E and low alloy steel heavy plate F36

  • 摘要: 以某海工装备的大型铸钢件焊接制造为背景,对150mm厚的NORSOK M-122 Gr420E铸钢件和75mm厚的F36低合金钢试板进行了异种焊接接头工艺试验,介绍了焊接方法、焊接材料选择、坡口设计、焊接参数优化、焊接试板的性能检测,以及焊接质量控制要点。工艺试验结果和生产建造表明:在充分预热条件下,严格控制层间温度和焊接热输入,可以获得满足建造要求的焊接接头。

     

    Abstract: Based on the welding fabrication of heavy cast steel components for offshore equipment, welding procedure qualification test is conducted on dissimilar weld joint between casting NORSOK M-122 Gr420E with thickness 150mm and low alloy steel F36 with thickness 75mm. This study details the welding process, welding consumable selection, groove design, optimization of welding parameters, mechanical property test, and critical point of welding quality control. The results of process test and construction production show that welded joints meeting construction requirements can be obtained through adequate preheating before welding, strict control of interpass temperature and welding heat input.
