  • 摘要: 1.热作模冲头失效概况 我厂生产的变速飞轮零件,毛坯材质为φ32mm的B2F圆钢,经中频感应设备加热后在冲床上分三次镦制成形,其最终成形热作模具的冲头选用W18Cr4V高速钢,经1260~1280℃淬火+三次回火热处理,硬度为50~55HRC,在使用时际发现冲头除存在热腐蚀、热磨损外,还发生严重的脆性断裂现象,个别冲头仅加工几个零件就断裂失效了(见图1).
