三维扫描技术在船舶LNG罐体鞍座精度控制中的应用

3D scanning technology in ship LNG storage tank saddle accuracy application in control

  • 摘要: 针对大型鞍座钢结构在船体分段预装过程中的焊接质量控制问题,提出了采用三维模拟技术指导大型船用LNG罐体鞍座焊接精度控制方法,并在7000PCTC车滚船的建造过程中进行实施。结果表明:鞍座焊接成形后,焊接精度可满足后期LNG罐体环氧的浇注要求,使LNG罐体吊装一次到位,并可显著提高船舶生产建造效率、缩短船舶建造周期,改善施工作业环境。研究成果可以应用于类似船舶LNG储罐鞍座的高精度焊接质量控制。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the quality control of large saddle steel structure in the ship hull sectional preassembly welding, and puts forward the method of using three-dimensional simulation technology to guide the saddle welding precision quality control of large marine LNG tank, and implements it in the construction process of 7000PCTC car-rolling ship. The implementation results show that after the saddle welding, the precision quality is fully able to meet the late LNG tank epoxy pouring, and the LNG tank hoisting is in place at one time. It can significantly improve the production and construction efficiency of ships, shorten the ship construction cycle, and improve the construction environment. The research results of this paper can be used in the high precision welding quality control of the saddles of LNG storage tanks of similar ships.
