用于核工程小尺寸管全位置自动焊装备的研发与应用

Research and Application of Automatic All-Position Welding Equipment for Small-Diameter Tubes in Nuclear Engineering

  • 摘要: 随着华龙一号实现首次并网,标志着我国已经跻身核电大国行列,针对目前各核电项目中10寸以下小尺寸管的焊接工程量大、焊接成本高,传统焊接方式已不能满足当前核电建安现状等问题,从而我司自主研发一套专用于小尺寸管的开放式全位置自动焊装备(设备型号:23HY-Arc400-P/K),用以满足各核电项目施工需求,降低施工成本及周期。本文以开放式全位置自动焊装备为切入点,总体介绍我国核电对自动焊装备的需求情况,同时系统的阐述了装备的组成以及其特有的分区焊接功能,并介绍了焊接工艺试验验证与现场应用情况,为后续新产品的研发推广提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: With the first grid connection of Hualong No. 1, marking that China has become one of the major nuclear power countries, in view of the large amount of welding engineering and high welding cost of small-size pipes below 10 inches in various nuclear power projects, and the traditional welding methods can no longer meet the current status quo of nuclear power construction and safety, so our company independently developed a set of open full-position automatic welding equipment (equipment model: 23HY-Arc400-P/K) dedicated to small-size pipes to meet the construction needs of nuclear power projects and reduce construction costs and cycles. This paper takes the open full-position automatic welding equipment as the starting point, introduces the demand for automatic welding equipment for nuclear power in China, systematically expounds the composition of the equipment and its unique partition welding function, and introduces the welding process test verification and field application, which provides a reference for the subsequent development and promotion of new products.
