Analysis of difficulties in heat treatment of 501 high-speed tools

  • 摘要: 20世纪60年代末,我国研制成功W6Mo5Cr4V2Al(简称501)钢,开创了无Co超硬高速钢先河.501钢热处理后硬度可达68~69HRC,具有较高的综合力学性能和优良的切削性能,价格便宜,货源充足,在有些情况下,可以代替王牌高速钢M42.但501钢也有不少缺点,诸如混晶、裂纹、易脱碳、可磨削性能差,因而导致刀具质量不稳定,阻碍其全面推广应用.
