Gr420E大型铸钢件与F36低温碳锰钢厚板焊接工艺研究

  • 摘要: 以某海工装备的大型铸钢件焊接制造为背景,对150mm厚的NORSOK M-122 Gr420E铸钢件和75mm厚F36低温碳锰钢试板进行了异种焊接接头工艺试验,介绍了焊接方法、焊材的选择、坡口设计、工艺参数优化,焊接试板的性能检测以及焊接质量控制要点,并将该焊接工艺应用于海工装备制造。

     

    Abstract: Based on the welding fabrication of heavy cast steel components for offshore equipment, welding procedure qualification test is conducted on dissimilar weld joint between casting NORSOK M-122 Gr420E with thickness 150mm and low temperature carbon manganese steel F36 with thickness 75mm. This study details the welding process, welding consumable selection, groove design, optimization of welding parameters, mechanical property test, and critical point of welding quality control. The welding procedure has been successfully applied to fabrication of offshore equipment.
