Abstract:
The effects of three different heat treatment processes on the tissue and mechanical properties of GH600 alloy were studied by optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), microhardness test, double shear test and microcomputer. The results show that the comprehensive performance of cold tensile GH 600 alloy is the best after aging treatment. After 718℃ insulation for 16 h (air cooled), its hardness reaches 173 HV, tensile strength reaches 727.3 MPa, and shear strength reaches 563 MPa.This is due to a large number of diffuse distributed γ' phase and carbide precipitated in the cold pulled GH600 alloy after aging treatment, which are nailed on the grain boundary, which hinders the growth of the grain, thus improving the mechanical properties of the cold pulled GH600 alloy.
