热处理对冷拉态GH600合金组织和力学性能的影响

Effect of heat treatment on the organization and mechanical properties of the cold-pulled GH600 alloy

  • 摘要: 通过光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、显微硬度测试实验、双剪实验、微机控制电子万能试验机研究了三种不同热处理工艺对冷拉态GH600合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:冷拉态GH600合金经过时效处理后综合性能达到最佳,经718 ℃保温16 h(气冷)后,其硬度达到173 HV,抗拉强度达到727.3 MPa,剪切强度达到563 MPa。这是由于冷拉态GH600合金在时效处理后基体中析出了大量弥散分布的γ’相和碳化物,这些析出相钉扎在晶界上,阻碍了晶粒的长大,从而提升了冷拉态GH600合金的力学性能。

     

    Abstract: The effects of three different heat treatment processes on the tissue and mechanical properties of GH600 alloy were studied by optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), microhardness test, double shear test and microcomputer.The results show that the comprehensive performance of cold tensile GH 600 alloy is the best after aging treatment. After 718℃ insulation for 16 h (air cooled), its hardness reaches 173 HV, tensile strength reaches 727.3 MPa, and shear strength reaches 563 MPa.This is due to a large number of diffuse distributed γ' phase and carbide precipitated in the cold pulled GH600 alloy after aging treatment, which are nailed on the grain boundary, which hinders the growth of the grain, thus improving the mechanical properties of the cold pulled GH600 alloy.
