Abstract: In response to issues such as the low level of informatization and backward production management methods in the heat treatment workshop, a digital management system for the heat treatment workshop（HISMART）was designed and developed based on the production characteristics of the heat treatment workshop. Through the analysis of the production and management requirements of the workshop, this system adopts informatization and digital technologies in the production aspect, realizes the informatization management of the product heat treatment process, and establishes information communication channels for product digital management, production execution,and process inspection. In the management aspect, it realizes informatization management functions such as digital monitoring of workshop equipment, real-time production monitoring, and alarm for abnormal states. This system has enhanced the overall informatization and digitalization level of the heat treatment workshop and provided a basis for reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the heat treatment workshop.
