常用齿轮钢材气体深层渗氮工艺特性研究

Research on deeply gas nitriding technological characteristics of pinion steel

  • 摘要: 针对4种常用渗氮齿轮用钢进行了深层气体氮化的工艺试验.在此基础上推荐了适用于这几种材料的两种气体氮化工艺.试验表明:40CrNiMo,42CrMo和34CrNi5Mo钢具有彼此相当的氮化工艺特性,而25Cr2MOV钢的渗氮硬化倾向明显地高于前3种钢.
