Abstract: The Heat treatment and surface treatment workshop is an important component of enterprise production and operation. And the production and management level of workshop directly affects the production efficiency and economic benefits of enterprises. This paper sorts out and analyzes the problems existing in the production management process of heat treatment and surface treatment shop. the corresponding optimization schemes are also put forward. Meanwhile, strengthening production site management of workshops can promote the improvement of product quality qualified rate which is able to be guaranteed effectively.
