砼泵耐磨板连续气氛保护钎焊工艺开发与应用

Development and research of continuous atmosphere protection brazing technology for wear-resistant plate of concrete pump

  • 摘要: 本文通过深入分析对比现有砼泵易损件耐磨板的生产工艺及钎焊方式,剖析了火焰钎焊、感应钎焊、真空钎焊的实际生产中面临的问题,结合连续气氛保护网带炉和窑炉的特点,创造性地开发一种适合砼泵易损件大间隙、大面积、重工件连续气氛保护钎焊的工艺,并自主研发设计了成套连续气氛保护钎焊设备。应用BCu钎料对砼泵易损件耐磨板进行连续气氛保护钎焊,通过外观检测、超声波无损探伤、焊接接头组织分析、元素扩散及界面行为分析,结果表明采用自主开发的连续气氛保护钎焊设备可以快速高效地生产高质量的砼泵易损件耐磨板,钎料(BCu)对耐磨板的耐磨衬板(YG20)和耐磨板本体(Q235B)具有良好的润湿性和铺展性,焊缝填充饱满,焊脚圆润,焊接接头组织致密均匀,无夹渣和气孔等焊接缺陷,满足工业产品使用要求,并且可以推广应用到盾构机械刀盘上的刀具等工程机械耐磨易损件的生产。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, through the comparative analysis of different brazing processes of wear-resistant plates of concrete pumps, combined with the characteristics of mesh belt furnaces and kilns, a new method suitable for continuous atmosphere protection brazing of wearing parts of concrete pumps with large gaps and large areas and heavy workpieces is creatively developed. and independently developed and designed a complete set of continuous atmosphere protection equipment, using BCu brazing filler metal to braze the wear-resistant plate of the wearing parts of the concrete pump. Under the protection conditions, BCu brazing filler metal has good wettability and spreadability for YG20 wear-resistant lining plate and Q235B body of concrete wear-resistant plate. and welding defects such as blowholes, meet the requirements of industrial products, and can be popularized and applied to the production of wear-resistant and wearing parts of construction machinery such as tools on shield machine cutterheads.
