Advantages of Protecting gas used in MAG weld: efficient, pro-environment, little spatter

  • 摘要: 结合碳钢材料的特点和各种用途,研究焊接保护气体对其焊接质量、效率和成本的影响.研究结果表明:将CO2/O2/He按不同的成分和配比进行混配的焊接混合气,能发挥各种气体的优势.能稳定电弧,提高传热效率,增强熔池的浸润性;通过调整焊接参数得到满意的喷射过渡方式.同时减少了焊接飞溅,使得焊丝得到充分有效的利用,降低了焊接成本.
