某燃煤锅炉水冷壁管鼓包失效分析

Failure Analysis of Water Wall Tube Bulge of a Coal-fired Boiler

  • 摘要: 某电厂燃煤锅炉检修期间发现前墙水冷壁多处位置出现鼓包现象。通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、拉伸试验、硬度测试、金相及垢层分析等手段确定鼓包原因。结果表明,锅炉前墙水冷壁管因内壁结垢而引起局部超温,超温使材料显微组织球化速率加速,导致强度性能下降。随着时间的推移,在高温高压服役环境下管子发生塑性变形形成鼓包。

     

    Abstract: During the maintenance of a coal-fired boiler in a power plant, it was found that there were bulges in many positions of the front wall water wall. The causes of bulge were determined by means of macroscopic analysis, chemical composition analysis, tensile test, hardness test, metallographic and scale layer analysis. The results show that the local overtemperature of the water wall tube of the boiler front wall is caused by the scaling of the inner wall, which accelerates the spheroidization rate of the microstructure of the material and leads to the decrease of the strength performance. With the passage of time, plastic deformation occurs at the over-temperature part under high temperature and high pressure service environment to form bulges.
