摘要: 齿轮锻坯的等温正火已越来越得到汽车行业的重视,等温正火设备也得到了广泛的应用.如何在满足等温正火工艺的基础上选择节能高效的设备,是热处理技术工作者面临的新课题.本文从我公司现有推杆式等温正火设备和网带式等温正火设备的使用状况进行分析、对比、探索与研究,认为网带式等温正火设备是理想的炉型之一,值得应用和推广.
