Experimental investigation of Numerical Simulation of Low-Pressure Carburizing for 18CrNiMo7-6

  • 摘要: 本论文采用Crank-Nicholson方法对菲克第二定律进行差分格式解析,收集了不同质量传递系数β和碳扩散系数D的数学模型。基于C#语言开发了渗碳过程模拟程序,通过将模拟结果与实际剥层碳浓度数据进行对比拟合,最终确定了适用于18CrNiMo7-6材料气体渗碳过程的最优数学模型,以指导新工艺碳含量的预测。

     

    Abstract: In the field of metal heat treatment, Fick's second law is discretized using the Crank-Nicholson method to analyze the differential scheme. Various mathematical models for the mass transfer coefficient β and the carbon diffusion coefficient D are collected. A program is written in C# to simulate the carburization process, and the results are compared with the actual layer-by-layer carbon content to identify the mathematical model suitable for gas carburization of 18CrNiMo7-6 material.
