Abstract: In order to ensure safety operation of AISI 4130 pipeline steel pipes, the welding performance of pipes was analyzed, welding process tests were evaluated, and matched welding processes were developed to study welding processes. They met regulatory requirements and working conditions. Test results showed that the mechanical properties of the AISI 4130 pipe specimen met the requirements of the evaluation standards. Test results indicated that the developed welding process specification was reasonable and could meet strict standards and working conditions. Welding Process could ensure the production and operation of the pipeline.
