  • 摘要: 对WB36钢中频弯管水冷成型进行试验,管道弯制后对弯管区域,分别进行回火热处理与正火+回火热处理两种工艺,来改善管道弯制区的硬度、金相组织和力学性能,在确保弯管区质量合格的前提下,使中频弯管区的性能满足相关标准的要求。

     

    Abstract: The WB36 steel medium frequency elbow is tested for water-cooled forming, and after the pipe is bent, the tempering heat treatment and normalizing + tempering heat treatment are carried out on the elbow area respectively to improve the hardness, metallographic structure and mechanical properties of the pipe bending area, and on the premise of ensuring the quality of the elbow area, the performance of the intermediate frequency bending area meets the requirements of relevant standards.
