极寒地区S355ML钢埋弧焊焊接工艺开发

Development of submerged arc welding process for S355ML steel used in extremely cold regions

  • 摘要: 极寒地区采用的S355ML钢具有强度高、低温韧性好的特点,通过合理选取焊接材料,并对预热温度、最大层间温度及热输入的控制,开发了符合极寒地区S355ML钢的-50℃低温韧性要求的埋弧焊焊接工艺。埋弧焊焊接工艺评定试验结果表明:接头的强度满足要求,塑性良好,低温韧性远超项目合格值,工艺开发取得成功。

     

    Abstract: The S355ML steel used in extremely cold areas has the characteristics of high strength and strict requirements for low-temperature toughness. By reasonably selecting welding materials and controlling the preheating temperature, maximum interlayer temperature and heat input, a submerged arc welding process of S355ML steel is developed for extremely cold areas with low temperature toughness of-50℃. The results of the welding process qualification test of submerged arc welding show that the strength of the joint meets the requirements, the plasticity is good, and the low-temperature toughness far exceeds the qualified value of the project.The process development is successful.
