  • 摘要: 随着工业技术的提升,农用机械供油系统类零件的开发和制造成本得到了降低,通过供油系统类零件的开发来提升农用机械总体性能成为立足农机市场的新要求。结合供油系统类铸件质量要求很高,需要进行压力渗漏检测,尺寸和内部质量很难同时保证,以及短期快速制造难度很大等特点,针对零件结构和质量要求进行分析,选择合适的快速制造工艺路线。采用铸件结构优化设计、铸造工艺设计、铸造工艺模拟优化、3D打印3D P砂型、电磁真空增压铸造以及质量检验等主要工序,实现供油系统类零部件研制,解决了供油系统研制过程中出现的质量差、周期长、成本高的问题。

     

    Abstract: With the improvement of industry technology, the development and manufacture cost of agricultural machinery oil-supply system parts have been reduced. It is a new requirement to improve the overall performance of agricultural machinery. Combined with the high quality requirement of the casting of oil supply system, it is necessary to check the pressure leakage, and it is very difficult to guarantee the size and internal quality at the same time, and it is very difficult to make the casting quickly in short term, select the appropriate rapid manufacturing process route. The main processes, such as casting structure optimization design, casting process design, casting process simulation optimization, 3D printing 3DP sand mold, electromagnetic vacuum pressure casting, quality inspection, etc., to realize the development of oil supply system components. This production process solves the problems of quality, cycle and cost in the process of oil supply system development. The application of this technology in the metal products industry has a great economic and social price.
