  • 摘要: 简要介绍了View Cast铸造模拟软件的特点,运用View Cast软件设计了头部链轮体铸钢件的浇冒口系统,并在必要部位设置冷铁,模拟分析显示,铸件实现了顺序凝固,消除了缩孔、缩松等缺陷.生产实践表明,将View Cast软件设计的铸造工艺应用于实际生产,铸件内部组织致密,力学性能符合图样要求.
