Application of structural modification of carbon-fixing sampling hole in multipurpose heat treatment furnace

  • 摘要: 针对多用炉原装定碳装置,易出现定碳片表面氧化变色而影响定碳结果的问题,通过改造定碳取样孔结构,加装氮气冷却装置,增长定碳杆长度,以及定碳片取出时通入氮气保护冷却等措施,实现定碳片取出后合格率达100%,从而减少人工操作成本,提高定碳精度,确保产品质量。

     

    Abstract: In the original carbon-fixing device of multi-purpose furnace, the surface of the carbon-fixing sheet is prone to oxidation and discoloration, which affects the carbon-fixing results. By reforming the structure of carbonfixing sampling hole and installing nitrogen cooling device, the length of carbon-fixing rod is increased. When the fixed carbon sheet is taken out, nitrogen gas is introduced for protection and cooling, so that the qualified rate after the fixed carbon sheet is taken out reaches 100%. It reduces the cost of manual operation, improves the precision of carbon determination, and ensures the product quality.
