  • 摘要: 聚焦于基于物联网的焊接材料信息化管理系统,该系统应用网络通信、图像处理、大数据分析等技术,实现智能终端、数据可视化平台和APP的设计,推动焊接材料管理数字化。通过自动采集和汇总焊接材料使用数据,提高效率、保障质量,并在项目各阶段快速分析焊接材料的使用情况,为标准化管理提供支持。同时,提升焊接材料发放和回收的数字化、可视化和精细化管理。

     

    Abstract: Focuses on the information management system of welding consumables based on the internet of things.The system applies network communication, image processing, big data analysis and other technologies to realize the design of intelligent terminals, data visualization platforms and APPs, and promote the digitalization of welding consumables management. Improve efficiency, ensure quality, and quickly analyze welding consumables usage at all stages of the project by automatically collecting and summarizing welding consumables usage data to support standardized management. At the same time, it will improve the digitalization, visualization and refined management of welding consumables distribution and recycling.
