Abstract: The traditional well-type carburizing furnace has a great fluctuation in temperature and carburizing atmosphere, which is easy to cause the depth of carburizing hardening layer and the ultra-difference of metallographic structure, and easy to produce oxidation and decarburization on the surface of products during the process of quenching and transferring after carburizing.
