火焰矫正对液压支架用Q690低合金高强钢板性能的影响

  • 摘要: 采用试验对比分析的方法研究了Q690低合金高强钢板在不同矫正温度下的常规力学性能、截面硬度梯度、显微组织及晶粒度变化情况。结果表明:在不同的矫正温度下,Q690试板均呈现强度降低、塑韧性升高的现象,且随着矫正温度的升高,试板的常规力学性能变化幅度增大;Q690试板的表层均出现不同深度的软化区,随着矫正温度的升高,软化区的深度呈加深趋势;Q690试板的表层组织均呈现不同程度的再结晶现象。实际生产中,不建议对Q690及以上钢级的低合金高强钢板采用中高温(600~800℃)火焰矫正工艺。

     

    Abstract: The conventional mechanical properties, cross-sectional hardness gradient, microstructure, and grain size changes of Q690 low-alloy high-strength steel plate at different correction temperatures were studied using experimental comparative analysis. The results showed that at different correction temperatures, the Q690 test plate exhibited a decrease in strength and an increase in ductility, and the conventional mechanical properties of the test plate increased with the increase of correction temperature; The surface of the Q690 test panel shows softening zones of different depths, and as the correction temperature increases, the depth of the softening zone tends to deepen; The surface structure of the Q690 test panel exhibits varying degrees of recrystallization. In actual production, it is not recommended to use medium high temperature (600-800 ℃) flame straightening technology for low-alloy high-strength steel plates of Q690 and above grades.
