  • 摘要: 我公司有4台DNI100-1000规格不同的水冷金属型离心铸管机,二次随流孕育装置设计为电磁振动给料装置,其作用主要是在离心浇注过程中,把孕育剂按一定的量均匀地加入到流动的铁液中.使用中电磁振动给料装置的弹性垫、电磁线圈经常被烧坏,造成随流孕育装置设备故障率高,孕育剂出现给料不匀或不下料现象,导致铸管的石墨化能力、塑性和韧性降低,废品增多,严重影响了离心机铸管的正常生产运行.
