Research on deep carburizing process of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel

  • 摘要: 18Cr2Ni4WA为航空常用合金渗碳钢,渗碳质量的稳定性直接影响到产品的可靠性与使用寿命。通过工艺试验确定出18Cr2Ni4WA钢不同渗碳层深度时的渗碳温度、渗碳时间、碳势等工艺参数。结果表明:随渗碳时间的增加,渗碳层深度呈抛物线规律增加,渗碳试样进行等温淬火后,采用金相测定法可更快速地测定渗碳层深度。

     

    Abstract: 18Cr2Ni4WA is an alloy carburizing steel commonly used in aviation. The stability of carburizing quality directly affects the reliability and service life of products. This paper introduces the process parameters at different carburizing layer depths of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel, including carburizing temperature, carburizing time and carbon potential. The result shows that the carburizing layer depth increases parabolic regularly, with the increase of the carburizing time. And the depths can be measured more quickly by metallographic examination after isothermal quenching.
