  • 摘要: 在风力发电的风机安装过程中,底段T形法兰起到了连接塔架和地面基础桩作用,是连接风机的重要部件,直接影响了风机的安装及运行寿命。生产中,底段塔架门洞及门框的焊接对T形法兰平面度的影响重大,为此讨论及分析了门框焊接对底段T形法兰圆度的影响、预防措施及解决方案。

     

    Abstract: In the installation process of wind turbine, the bottom T-flange plays the role of connecting the tower and the ground foundation pile, and is an important part of connecting the fan, which directly affects the installation and operation life of the fan. In production, the welding of the bottom tower door hole and door frame has a great influence on the flatness of the T-flange. This paper discusses and analyzes the influence of door frame welding on the ellipticity of the bottom T-shaped flange, preventive measures and solutions.
