摘要: 笔者从事高速钢刀具热处理技术、生产管理、质量管理工作以来,体会到高速钢刀具在热处理过程中,不可避免地会遇到许多质量缺陷,甚至会因为某种严重缺陷而报废.因此对高速钢刀具热处理所产生的缺陷进行分析处理是一项复杂而细致的工作.首先对热处理所产生的缺陷要全面分析其原因,然后才能采取预防措施,防止"重蹈覆辙".
