激光精密加工降低取向硅钢铁损的研究进展

Research progress of laser precision machining to reduce the damage of oriented silicon steel

  • 摘要: 取向硅钢的发展对电力系统具有至关重要的影响。在国家“双碳”战略的驱动下,通过激光精密加工来实现对取向硅钢的磁畴细化,成为当前降低能耗的主要方法。阐述了磁畴结构为取向硅钢变压器损耗的关键因素,激光精密加工通过高能激光束在硅钢表面形成热应力区来细化磁畴结构,从而降低铁心损耗(以下简称铁损),综述了非耐热型和耐热型两种激光精密加工细化磁畴技术的研究现状,分析了不同的激光功率、激光斑点形状、刻痕速度、刻痕间距及深度等参数加工硅钢表面与其铁损的关系。

     

    Abstract: The development of oriented silicon steel has had a crucial impact on power system. Driven by the national “two-carbon” strategy, the magnetic domain refinement of oriented silicon steel by laser precision machining has become the main method to reduce energy consumption. Describe that the domain structure is the key factor in the loss of oriented silicon steel transformers. Laser precision machining refines the domain structure by forming thermal stress zone on the surface of silicon steel with high energy laser beam to reduce iron loss. The research status of two kinds of laser precision machining techniques for refining magnetic domains is reviewed.Different laser power, laser spot shape, scanning speed, notch spacing and depth can obtain different iron loss reduction effects on the surface of silicon steel.
