30CrMnSiA钢吊钩等温淬火工艺的确定

Determination of isothermal quenching process of 30CrMnSiA steel hook

  • 摘要: 针对30CrMnSiA钢吊钩等温淬火后力学性能不达标的问题,通过进行工艺试验,分析等温温度对材料金相组织和力学性能的影响,确定等温淬火最佳工艺参数。结果表明,30CrMnSiA钢进行等温淬火可获得贝氏体+马氏体的复相组织,随着等温温度上升,上贝氏体含量逐渐增加,硬度与强度值下降。

     

    Abstract: According to the problem that the mechanical properties of 30CrMnSiA steel hook after isothermal quenching was not up to standard. The effect of isothermal temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the material were analyzed through the process test. The optimum process parameters of isothermal quenching were determined. The results showed that the composite microstructure of bainite and martensite could be obtained by isothermal quenching of 30CrMnSiA steel. With the increase of isothermal temperature, the upper bainite content gradually increased, and the hardness and strength values decreased.
