摘要: 聚焦于渗氮处理模拟研究,主要开展了针对32Cr3MoVE钢在渗氮过程中的数值模拟理论分析的工作。结果表明:保温时间对渗氮效果影响较大,渗氮温度对渗氮效果影响较小,最佳工艺为渗氮25h、温度540℃。Abstract: This article examines the simulation research related to nitriding treatment, explicitly focusing on the numerical theoretical analysis of 32Cr3MoVE steel during the nitriding process. The results indicate that the insulation time significantly impacts the nitriding effect, while the nitriding temperature has a minimal effect. The optimal process identified is nitriding for 20 hours at a temperature of 540℃.
