400MPa低碳钢单双丝埋弧焊焊接接头性能研究

  • 摘要: 双丝埋弧焊焊接作为一种高效的焊接方法在企业得到了一定的应用,为进一步掌握双丝埋弧焊与单丝埋弧焊的差别,有必要进行单双丝埋弧焊焊接接头的组织和性能研究。针对400MPa低碳钢平对接X型坡口进行了单丝和双丝的埋弧焊的焊接工艺评定试验,对焊接接头进行拉伸、弯曲、冲击等力学性能试验,并采用微观金相观察和硬度检测手段对接头显微组织、晶粒度及硬度进行试验分析。结果表明: 400MPa低碳钢单双丝埋弧焊焊接接头拉伸、弯曲、冲击等检测结果均满足相关标准要求,力学性能良好;双丝埋弧焊焊缝较单丝埋弧焊焊缝强度、硬度略高,冲击韧性略低;相较于单丝埋弧焊,双丝埋弧焊母材与焊缝间热影响区晶粒较粗且焊缝区域胞状树枝晶结构更为明显。

     

    Abstract:   Double wire submerged arc welding, as an efficient welding method, has been widely used in enterprises. In order to further understand the differences between double wire submerged arc welding and single wire submerged arc welding, it is necessary to conduct research on the microstructure and properties of single and double wire submerged arc welding joint. A welding process evaluation test was conducted for single wire and double wire submerged arc welding of 400MPa low carbon steel flatbutt X-groove. Mechanical properties tests such as tensile, bending, and impact were carried out on the welded joints, and microscopic metallographic observation and hardness testing methods were used to analyze the microstructure,grain size, and hardness of the joints. The results show that the tensile, bending, and impact testing results of the 400MPa low carbon steel single and double wire submerged arc welding joint meet the relevant standard requirements, and the mechanical properties are good; Double wire submerged arc welding has slightly higher strength and hardness than single wire submerged arc welding, but slightly lower impact toughness; Compared to single wire submerged arc welding, double wire submerged arc welding has coarser grains in the heat affected zone between the base metal and the weld seam, and a more pronounced cellular dendritic structure in the weld seam area.
