摘要: 我公司的原T型材自动装焊流水线是一套高效化焊接装备,但由于受焊接系统的制约,焊接速度不足lm/min,即称不上高速焊.在沿用原高效化焊接方法的基础上,更换了整个焊接系统,并经过大童的工艺试验研究,组建了一套高速高效T型材焊接系统.该焊接系统不仅可以获得良好的焊缝成形,而且成功的将焊接速度提升至1.5～1.8m/min.
