大电流金属粉芯焊丝在工程机械制造领域的应用研究

Application research of high current metal powder core welding wire in the field of engineering machinery manufacturing

  • 摘要: 针对工程机械某型产品长方盒类构件在制造中存在工件母材受热面积大、焊接变形大,以及焊后修磨量大、补焊部位多等问题,开展大电流金属粉芯焊丝焊接工艺研究并进行试验。从焊接性能、成形质量、焊接参数,以及焊接修磨辅料成本等方面,与目前实心焊丝进行对比分析,从综合应用因素评价,找到更适合长方盒类构件长直焊缝的焊接工艺方法。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problems of large heating area of the workpiece base material, large welding deformation, large post welding grinding amount, and multiple welding repair parts in the manufacturing of rectangular box components of a certain type of engineering machinery product, research and testing of high current metal powder core welding wire technology were carried out. By comparing and analyzing the welding performance quality, spatter, wire feeding speed and process parameters, welding and grinding material costs, and other aspects with the current solid core welding wire, and evaluating the comprehensive application factors, a more suitable welding process method for long straight welds of rectangular box components is found.
